Cheesy meat pie

| 9 | Inch pie crust, unbaked | |
| 1 | medium | Onion |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| ½ | pounds | Ground beef |
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 8 | ounces | Cheddar cheese -- shredded |
| 1 | teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | Potatoes -- diced | |
| 1 | Carrot -- diced | |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
Brown ground beef in butter; add onion. Stir in flour and salt and pepper.
Spread over pie crust; add cheese, potatoes, and carrots. In bowl, mix milk, 2 eggs, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat and cheese. Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 F or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
