Mexicana brunch pie

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
5Eggs; beaten
2tablespoonsButter or margarine; melted
¼cupFlour
½teaspoonBaking powder
8ouncesCream style cottage cheese
2cupsShredded monterey jack cheese
4ouncesChopped green chilies; drained

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into well greased 9 inch pie plate. Brake at 400°F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F, and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
