Mexicana brunch pie

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5 Eggs; beaten
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine; melted
¼ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking powder
8 ounces Cream style cottage cheese
2 cups Shredded monterey jack cheese
4 ounces Chopped green chilies; drained

Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into well greased 9 inch pie plate. Brake at 400°F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F, and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
