Yield: 6 Servings
|5 \N||Eggs; beaten|
|2 tablespoons||Butter or margarine; melted|
|½ teaspoon||Baking powder|
|8 ounces||Cream style cottage cheese|
|2 cups||Shredded monterey jack cheese|
|4 ounces||Chopped green chilies; drained|
Combine first 4 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat well at medium speed of mixer. Stir in remaining ingredients, and pour into well greased 9 inch pie plate. Brake at 400°F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350°F, and bake about 20 minutes or until set. Cut into wedges to serve.
