Cheese tomato toast

4slicesFrench Bread
3tablespoonsGarlic Olive Oil
2largesRipe Tomatoes
1cupShredded Mozarella or Feta
3tablespoonsMayo
1tablespoonLemon Juice
1teaspoonFresh Dill

Directions

Combine Mayo, Dill, and Lemon Juice. Set aside. Toast bread in skillet with garlic olive oil. Spread mayo mixture on toast. Add sliced tomatoes.

Sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is melted.
