Cheese tomato pie

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 slices Bread; cubed
2 mediums Tomatoes; chopped
¼ teaspoon Basil
1½ cup Grated cheedar or swiss cheese
2 \N Eggs; beaten
1 cup Milk
\N \N Salt and pepper to taste

Place bread in a greased 1-quart casserole. Add tomatoes. Sprinkle basil and cheese over tomatoes. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
