¼ teaspoon | Garlic powder; (or 2 medium cloves of garlic, minced) |
½ tablespoon | Fresh basil; finely chopped, (or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil) |
6 slices | Bacon; cooked and crumbled, (up to 7) |
1 | Tomato; seeds removed and chopped |
6 mediums | Green onions; chopped |
1 | French baguette |
Preheat oven to 350 F. Slicing on an angle, cut baguette into ½ inch slices. Set aside. Combine cheese, seasoned salt, garlic and basil. Add bacon, tomato and onions. Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet and spread with tomato-cheese mixture. Bake 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
