| 2 | tablespoons | Dry sherry |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chinese five-spice powder |
| 3 | Quarter-size slices fresh ginger, crushed | |
Directions
Extracted from a Char Siu Ding (Pork) recipe. Should be tested.
In a pan, combine soy, honey, sugar, sherry, salt, five-spice and ginger.
Heat for one minute to dissolve sugar.
