Celery salt

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Celery seed

2 tablespoons Unrefined coarse salt
\N \N (heaping tb)

Spoon the seeds into the blender and process at highest speed until ground quite fine--probably about 30 seconds. When fine, add the salt and process at high speed until the salt is as fine as you want it.
