Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Tomatoes; finely chopped
½ cup Onion; chopped
1 \N Clove garlic; finely chopped
1 \N Jalapeno chile; canned, seeded and finely chopped
½ teaspoon Jalapeno chile liquid
1 tablespoon Cilantro; fresh,snipped fine
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
½ teaspoon Oregano leaves; dried
1½ teaspoon Vegetable oil
