Measure Ingredient
2 cups Ketchup
½ cup Finely diced onion
¼ cup Finely diced green bell pepper
¼ cup Finely diced celery
½ teaspoon Finely diced jalapeno pepper
1½ teaspoon Black pepper
1½ teaspoon Garlic powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Salt

Thoroughly blend all ingredients several hours before using to allow flavors to meld.
