| 1½ | cup | Milk |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ¼ | Tsp. Worchestershire sauce (up to 1/2) | |
| 6 | ounces | Velveeta, cubed, about |
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Return to heat and cook over medium-low heat till thickened and smooth. Cook 5 minutes more over low heat. Add Velveeta and stir until melted. Thismakes 1½ or 2 cups.
