Measure Ingredient
4 quarts Fresh tomatos
6 mediums Onions
5 Jalapeno peppers
2 teaspoons Salt
¾ cup White vinegar

Skin and quarter tomatoes, then put through grinder. Chop onions and peppers. Put tomatoes, onion, peppers, salt and vinegar in a pot and simmer 1 hour.
