Candied sweet potatoes 1

Ingredients

| 6 | Sweet potato | |
| 1½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1½ | cup | Water, cold |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Peel the potatoes and cut in slices ½ inch thick. Lay in an iron skillet and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and bake at 350-F for 40 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 30 minutes.
