Candied sweet potatoes with honey

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 larges Sweet potatoes; cooked and halved
¼ cup Melted butter
¾ cup Honey
¾ cup Orange juice
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Cornstarch

Place potatoes in greased 8x8x2 inch pan. Blend butter, honey, oragne juice, salt and cornstarch. cook until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over potates. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes 6 to 8 servings.
