Yield: 6 Servings
|Sweet potatoes; peeled and quartered|
|Equal parts sugar and flour|
Dip each potato quarter in oil. Roll in sugar and flour. A little salt may be added if desired. Bake on well-greased pan at 350 until done, about 25 minutes.
