Calypso sauce

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Oil
2 mediums Yellow onions; sliced and separated into rings
4 \N Cloves garlic; sliced
\N \N Sugar
25 \N Fresh Habaneros
4 tablespoons Vinegar
4 tablespoons Limeade concentrate
2 tablespoons Vodka
4 tablespoons Coleman's dry mustard
3 teaspoons Salt
3 teaspoons Allspice; ground

Transfer this onion mixture to a blender. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Refrigerate.
