Louisiana epicure's sauce

Ingredients

2quartsHeavy cream,whipped
2cupsMayonnaise
1cupTomato sauce
½cupDijon mustard(or to taste)
½cupHorseradish,prepared
2tablespoonsSugar
1teaspoonCayenne pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients; store in refrigerator until ready to use.

2. Just before serving fish, spread ¼ cup sauce on each fillet; pass under broiler.
