Louisiana epicure's sauce

Ingredients

| 2 | quarts | Heavy cream,whipped |
| 2 | cups | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | cup | Tomato sauce |
| ½ | cup | Dijon mustard(or to taste) |
| ½ | cup | Horseradish,prepared |
| 2 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients; store in refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Just before serving fish, spread ¼ cup sauce on each fillet; pass under broiler.
