1 ounce Fresh pimento berries -- or 2 tablespoons Powdered allspice 2 tablespoons Lime juice 1 tablespoon Rum (optional) 4 each Green onions; -- chopped 1 teaspoon Soy sauce ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon Ground nutmeg 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil 1 pound Meat (pork or chicken) Combine all except meat in a blender and puree to make a thick sauce.
