Chicken kebabs yum yum

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Cloves garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
\N \N Salt and pepper; to taste
¼ teaspoon Ground cloves
¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
1 \N Egg white
1 tablespoon Lemon juice or; to taste
1 cup Whole-wheat flour
\N \N Non-stick cooking spray

Process the chicken, onions, garlic, ginger,salt, pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cilantro, egg white and lemon juice to a paste in a food processor. Shape into patties, each about 2-inches in diameter and ¼-inch thick, and coat with the whole-wheat flour.

Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat. When hot, spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray and add as many patties as will fit comfortably. Brown on both sides and transfer to a warmed platter while cooking the remainder. Serve hot.

Makes 10 kebabs.
