Jerked chicken skewers

2 | tablespoons | Wet jerk marinade |
1 | teaspoon | Dry jerk seasoning |
1 | teaspoon | Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic |
2 | \N | Wooden skewers; soaked |
Pound out chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap until flattened.
Remove plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in a non-reactive bowl with the wet marinade for 1 hour, refrigerated.
Put the chicken halves on the skewers and season with the dry jerk seasoning and poultry magic. Grill or broil 3 minutes on each side.
