|1||Boneless chicken breast cut in half; (6 ounce)|
|2 tablespoons||Wet jerk marinade|
|1 teaspoon||Dry jerk seasoning|
|1 teaspoon||Paul Prudhomme's Poultry Magic|
|2||Wooden skewers; soaked|
Pound out chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap until flattened.
Remove plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in a non-reactive bowl with the wet marinade for 1 hour, refrigerated.
Put the chicken halves on the skewers and season with the dry jerk seasoning and poultry magic. Grill or broil 3 minutes on each side.
