Seafood kebabs

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Assorted fish; (cod, salmon,
\N \N ; wolffish, scallops,
\N \N ; monkfish, mussels,
\N \N ; or any firm fish)
1 \N Onion
1 \N Pepper; red or green
8 \N Mushrooms
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 \N Lemon
4 \N Kebab skewers
\N \N Oil or butter

Dice the fish, onion and peppers into 1½ inch squares. Thread with the mushrooms onto the skewers. Sprinkle with the cumin and lemon juice. Brush with oil or butter and grill or barbeque for 5 mins turning once. Serve with rice or new potatoes.
