1tablespoonPapaya paste
1tablespoonBrown onion paste
1tablespoonFresh onion paste
tablespoonRoasted ground flour
1teaspoonGaram masala
1teaspoonRed chilli powder
2teaspoonsAlmond paste
1tablespoonVegetable fat
1teaspoonSaffron

Directions

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.

Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.

Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and serve.

Serve with handkerchief bread.
