3 | pounds | Minced lamb |
1 | tablespoon | Papaya paste |
1 | tablespoon | Brown onion paste |
1 | tablespoon | Fresh onion paste |
2½ | tablespoon | Roasted ground flour |
1 | teaspoon | Garam masala |
1 | teaspoon | Red chilli powder |
2 | teaspoons | Almond paste |
1 | tablespoon | Vegetable fat |
1 | teaspoon | Saffron |
Directions
Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.
Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.
Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and serve.
Serve with handkerchief bread.
