Kakori kebabs

Measure Ingredient
3 pounds Minced lamb
1 tablespoon Papaya paste
1 tablespoon Brown onion paste
1 tablespoon Fresh onion paste
2½ tablespoon Roasted ground flour
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
2 teaspoons Almond paste
1 tablespoon Vegetable fat
1 teaspoon Saffron

Mix all of the above ingredients in a bowl and leave to stand for 3 hours.

Using your hands, mould the mixture on to a skewer in long sausage shapes.

Place the kebabs over hot coal for 5 minutes, turning occasionally and serve.

Serve with handkerchief bread.
