| 1 | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Oregano, dried |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Thyme, dried |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dill, dried |
| 1 | teaspoon | Onion powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 1 | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix together all ingredients until well combined. Dry rub approx. 1 tsp spice mixture over the surface of each tuna steak and wait about ½ hour to set the flavor before broiling or gas grilling.
