Buttermilk coconut pie

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
6 Eggs
2 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla
1 can (5-oz) coconut
2½ cup Sugar
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Broken pecans
1 Stick butter; melted

Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs & add all other ingredients except butter.

Mix well; add butter. Pour into pie shell & bake about 50 minutes until firm & browned.
