Buttermilk cake-style brownies

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 6 | tablespoons | Buttermilk Powder |
| ¾ | teaspoon | Baking Soda |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 1 | cup | Margarine |
| 3 | tablespoons | Cocoa |
| 1½ | cup | Water |
| 2 | Eggs | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Sift flour, buttermilk powder, baking soda and salt together into a mixing bowl. Mix in sugar and set aside.
Combine margarine, cocoa and water in a saucepan and melt over low heat. Stir together well. Add cocoa mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until moistened. DO NOT OVERBEAT. Add eggs, one at a time, and mix until smooth. Add vanilla. Batter will be very runny. Pour batter into greased 10x15-inch pan with sides.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with Chocolate Buttermilk Icing.
