Butter crackers

2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
⅔ cup Water
1 tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
⅓ cup Plus 2 T butter

In a bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir water and ⅓ c butter into flour mixture until smooth dough forms. Divide dough in half; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Place half the dough on a 17 x 14 inch baking sheet and roll out to a 16 x 12 inch rectangle. Prick all over with a fork, cut in 2 inch squares and brush with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes or until browned. Remove to racks to cool. Repeat with remaining dough.
