Brush country deer loaf

Ingredients

| 2½ | pounds | ground venison |
| 1 | medium | white onion |
| 1 | medium | bell pepper |
| 2 | eggs | |
| 1 | cup | bread crumbs |
| 1 | clove | garlic |
| 3 | tablespoons | chili powder |
| 1 | salt and pepper | |
| 1 | 10oz can tomato sauce | |
| 3 | slices | bacon |
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients--put in greased pyrex dish. Place bacon strips on topp of loaf. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake in moderate oven 1½ hours or until done.
