Measure | Ingredient |

4 \N | Catfish fillets; (6 oz. each) |
¼ cup | Butter or margarine; melted |
4 teaspoons | Magic seasoning blends seafood magic; or |
1 teaspoon | Salt; and |
1 teaspoon | Onion powder; and |
1 teaspoon | Ground red pepper; and |
1 teaspoon | Basil |
½ teaspoon | Garlic powder; and |
½ teaspoon | Thyme |
\N \N | Lemon wedges |
\N \N | Hushpuppies; see recipe |
1. Brush both sides of fish with butter, then coat both sides with seasonings.
2. Heat 10-inch cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until smoking, 3 to 5 minutes. Add 2 fillets and cook until just opaque at center, about 2 minutes per side. Keep warm in oven and repeat with remaining fillets.
Serve with lemon wedges and Hushpuppies.
