Brock's spinach dip

| 6 | ounces | Fresh Spinach (rinsed) |
| 16 | ounces | Sour Cream |
| 1 | pint | Mayonnaise |
| 4 | Individual packages dried vegetable soup mixes (cup of soup) | |
| 1 | Medium sized Onion | |
Directions
Mix sour cream, mayonaise and vegetable soup mix together in a bowl.
Add finely chopped, uncooked spinach and finely diced onion to other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and chill for at least 1 hour.
Makes 1 quart.
