Broccoli supreme

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ pounds Broccoli
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 tablespoon Flour
½ cup Sour cream
¼ cup Grated carrot
1 tablespoon Onion
¼ teaspoon Salt
¾ cup Herb seasoned stuffing mix
2 tablespoons Butter
\N \N Pepper to taste

Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Blend together soup and flour. Add sour cream, carrot, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli. Turn into a 2 quart casserole. Combine stuffing with melted butter. Sprinkle around edges of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 05-31-95
