Yield: 6 Servings
|1 large||Bunch broccoli; (flowers only)|
|1 cup||Cottage cheese|
|1 teaspoon||Minced onion|
|1 teaspoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|6 tablespoons||Grated cheddar cheese; (Kraft - in a can)|
|¼ cup||Melted butter|
|¼ cup||Bread crumbs|
Cook broccoli until fairly tender, approximately 12 minutes. Drain and put in a buttered flat casserole (8 x 8 inches). Mix eggs, cottage cheese, onion, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cheese and ½ of the melted butter. Pour over broccoli, mix remaining butter with bread crumbs.
Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 6 to 8.
