Broccoli cheese soup

Yield: 18 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 ounces Butter
1 Clove garlic
4 ounces Onions; chopped
4 ounces Celery; chopped
1½ quart Chef-Mate Golden Cheese Sauce
½ teaspoon White pepper
1 quart Chicken stock
2 pounds Broccoli; chopped & cooked

1. Melt butter in large stock pot. Saute garlic, onion and celery.

2. Add golden cheese sauce, white pepper and chicken stock. Stir until well blended. 3. Add broccoli, mix well. Heat to serving temperature, stirring frequently. Serve.
