2teaspoonsMelted butter
3teaspoonsFlour
1cupGrated mild Cheddar cheese
¼teaspoonPepper
2cupsMilk
cupBoiling water
5Chicken bouillon cubes
1packFrozen broccoli; (10 oz.)

Directions

In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour and pepper, add milk. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add cheese. In another pan dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water, add frozen broccoli, cook until tender. Add to cheese mixture; blend.
