Broccoli cheese and ham breakfast casserole

Ingredients

12slicesFrozen bread
¾poundsOld English cheese; (Kraft sliced)
1Box (9 Oz.) frozen broccoli chopped; cooked
2cupsCubed or shaved ham
6Eggs; slightly beaten
cupMilk
½teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonDry mustard

Directions

Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Use biscuit cutter to cut bread into circles. Set aside. Use scraps to cover bottom of dish.

Layer 2 - cheese slices. Layer 3 - ham. Layer 4 - broccoli. Layer 5 - circles of bread.

Combine eggs, milk, salt, dry mustard. Mix. Pour over layered ingredients making sure the bread slices are saturated. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Take out and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown and firm.
