Ham and broccoli casserole

Ingredients

| ½ | pounds | Broccoli Pieces; fresh or frozen |
| 1 | tablespoon | Water |
| 1 | pounds | Cooked Ham; cut in 1/2\" cubes |
| ½ | cup | Onion; Minced |
| 3 | cups | Cooked Rice |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar Cheese; Grated |
| 4 | Eggs; Beaten | |
| 1 | can | Cream of chicken soup |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
| 6 | generous servings. | |
Directions
1. Place broccoli and water in a 2 quart casserole. Cover.
2. Microwave at high (100%) until tender-crisp, 5 to 6 minutes.
3. In a large bowl combine broccoli, ham, onions, rice and half the cheese.
4. Blend eggs, soup and seasoning. Stir into rice mixture.
5. Turn mixture into a 2 quart casserole.
6. Microwave at medium high (70%) until firm around edge, 10 to 1 2 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
