Broccoli and rice hot dish

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked rice (not instant kind)
3 tablespoons Butter
1 Soup can of milk
2 Boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 can Cream of chicken soup
1 small Jar cheese whiz
1 cup Chopped celery
Salt and pepper to taste

Thaw broccoli in one cup of boiling water. Sauté onion and celery in butter. Add soup and milk to onion. Mix in cheese and simmer for 1-2 mins.

Add drained broccoli, rice and seasonings. Pour into 9x13 inch ungreased cake pan and bake 30-40 mins. at 350 F.
