Broccoli & rice casserole

Measure Ingredient
1 tablespoon Diced onion
¼ cup Butter or margarine
2 cups Quick-cooking rice
2 cups Water
1 \N (10 oz.) can cream of
\N \N Mushroom soup
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N (5 oz.) jars sharp Old
\N \N English cheese
2 \N (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped
\N \N Broccoli, tha

Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish. Bake about 1 hour at 325 degrees. Stir once or twice during baking time.
