Broccoli-rice bake

Ingredients

| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 3 | tablespoons | Butter |
| 3 | packs | (10-oz) frozen broccoli |
| 2 | cans | (10-oz) cream of chicken soup |
| 1 | Jar (8-oz) Cheese Whiz | |
| 3 | cups | Cooked rice |
Directions
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add frozen broccoli, cooking over low heat until broccoli is tender. Add chicken soup, Cheese Whiz and rice.
Pour into 3-quart casserole. Heat in 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 14-16.
