Broccoli-rice bake

Yield: 16 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Onion; chopped
3 tablespoons Butter
3 packs (10-oz) frozen broccoli
2 cans (10-oz) cream of chicken soup
1 Jar (8-oz) Cheese Whiz
3 cups Cooked rice

Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add frozen broccoli, cooking over low heat until broccoli is tender. Add chicken soup, Cheese Whiz and rice.

Pour into 3-quart casserole. Heat in 350 oven for about 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serves 14-16.
