2 packs | Frozen; chopped broccoli or |
1 can | Cream of mushroom soup |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon | Lemon juice |
1 \N | Jar chopped pimientos |
1 cup | Crushed cheese crackers |
½ cup | Grated sharp cheese |
⅓ cup | Chopped almonds or walnuts |
Cook vegetables just until tender. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into greased 9"x11" dish. Sprinkle with additional grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
