Quick and easy quiche

1cupWater
½cupLowfat Buttermilk Baking Disk
½cupNonfat Dry Milk
½cupPlain Nonfat Yogurt
2tablespoonsGrated Fresh Parmesan Cheese
½teaspoonDry Mustard
¼teaspoonHot Sauce
1cupLowfat Cheddar Cheese; Shredded
¾cupLean Ham; Diced
½cupChopped Green Onions
Vegetable Cooking Spray
Cherry Tomatoes; Optional
Green Onion Slices

Directions

Preheat oven to 350? Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and process 1 minute or until smooth. Combine egg substitute mixture, cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions in a medium bowl; stir well. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350? for 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onion slices and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
