cupUnbleached All-purpose Flour
teaspoonBaking Soda
½cupButter/Margarine, Room Temp.
cupGranulated Sugar
2eachesLarge Eggs
2cupsButter/Sour milk.

Directions

I use Whole wheat pastry flour for the unbleached flour and I also add 3 Tablespoons of Wheat germ. *sour milk is 1 cup milk 1 Tablespoon vinegar as a general rule 2 cups butter/sour milk = 1¾ c milk + 2 Tablespoon vinegar + 1 stick butter melted (has worked well for me).
