Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Stoneground wholemeal SR |

| ½ | cup | Non-fat youghurt, sugar |

| ¼ | cup | Unprocessed bran |
| 1 | cup | Natural sultanas or raisins |
| ¼ | cup | Skim milk powder |
| 1 | Egg white or substitute | |
| ½ | cup | Unsweetened apple or grape |
| Juice | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
