Bran muffins (lacto)

cupStoneground wholemeal SR
Flour
½cupNon-fat youghurt, sugar
Free
¼cupUnprocessed bran
1cupNatural sultanas or raisins
¼cupSkim milk powder
1Egg white or substitute
½cupUnsweetened apple or grape
Juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
