Bran muffins (lacto)

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Stoneground wholemeal SR
Flour
½ cup Non-fat youghurt, sugar
Free
¼ cup Unprocessed bran
1 cup Natural sultanas or raisins
¼ cup Skim milk powder
1 Egg white or substitute
½ cup Unsweetened apple or grape
Juice

Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
