Yield: 1 Servings
|1½ cup||Stoneground wholemeal SR|
|½ cup||Non-fat youghurt, sugar|
|¼ cup||Unprocessed bran|
|1 cup||Natural sultanas or raisins|
|¼ cup||Skim milk powder|
|1||Egg white or substitute|
|½ cup||Unsweetened apple or grape|
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
