¼ cup | Unprocessed bran |
1 cup | Natural sultanas or raisins |
¼ cup | Skim milk powder |
1 | Egg white or substitute |
½ cup | Unsweetened apple or grape |
Juice |
Preheat oven to 180 C or 375 F. Combine all ingredients until the mixture resembles cake consistency. Place spoonfulls into non-stick muffins tins (or use spray oil substitute). Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes until brown.
