Bran muffins

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup White flour
2 cups Bran
¼ cup Cornmeal
1 teaspoon Salt
1¼ cup Skim milk
½ cup Molasses
1 teaspoon Baking soda, dissolved in wa
1 cup Raisins (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a muffin tin, using either nonstick pan or paper liners. Bake 325F for 25 min.
