2 teaspoons | Salt |
1½ teaspoon | Cloves |
2 teaspoons | Nutmeg |
3 teaspoons | Cinnamon |
4 \N | Eggs; beaten |
1 cup | Oil |
1 quart | Buttermilk |
2 teaspoons | Vanilla |
3 packs | Dried fruit bits |
2 cups | Nuts |
Cook fruit in water until done. Drain. Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 20 minutes -- if using miniature muffin tins, reduce baking time to 15 minutes.
