Bran muffins #2

Yield: 18 muffins

Measure Ingredient
2 mediums Bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon Baking soda
4 teaspoons Baking powder
2 teaspoons Vanilla
¾ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Salt
6 ounces Plain yogart
2 cups Natural bran
3 eaches Eggs, beaten
2 cups Powdered skim milk, dry
4 teaspoons Sugar

Preheat oven to 350^. Spray muffin tin with non-stick coating agent. Mix mashed bananas, yogurt and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared muffin tins and bake 15-20 minutes. Makes 18 muffins.
