Yield: 70 Servings
|2 cups||Vanilla wafers; finely crushed|
|12 ounces||Semi-sweet chocolate chips|
|⅔ cup||Sweetened condensed milk|
|Sweet milk cocoa|
|Finely chopped walnuts|
Combine crushed wafers and bourbon; mix until crumbs are moistened. Melt chocolate. Add condensed milk and stir just to blend. Slowly stir chocolate mixture into crumb mixture. Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in milk chocolate or walnuts. Let stand until cool. Makes about 5½ dozen.
