Sugared bourbon balls

Measure Ingredient
2½ cup Vanilla wafers
1 cup Pecans
⅔ cup Bourbon
1 cup Powdered sugar
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder
2 tablespoons Light corn syrup

Process the wafers in a food processor until finely ground; set aside in a large bowl. Grind the pecans and add to the processes wafer crumbs. Blend the remaining ingredients and add to the wafer/pecan mixture. Mix well.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container (such as Tupperware) for one day before serving.
