Bob's kitchen sink potatoes

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
3 tablespoons Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
4 mediums Potatoes, Peeled -- diced in 3/8" cubes
2 Garlic Cloves -- minced
¼ cup Beef Broth
½ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup Onion -- chopped
½ cup Green Bell Pepper -- chopped
½ cup Pimientos -- chopped & drained
¼ cup Celery -- chopped

1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot. Add the potatoes, garlic, and salt and saute for 3 to 4 mins, turning frequently. 2. Combine the broth with the Worcestershire sauce, and pour over the potatoes. Bring to a boil. Add the vegetables, stir to blend, cover, and steam for another 5 to 6 mins. 3. When broth is absorbed and vegetables are crisp-tender, serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
