Bob's barbecue potato salad

5gallonsPotatoes
16Hard-Cooked Eggs -- sliced
2cupsOnion -- finely chopped
1quartSweet Relish -- with juice
2quartsSalad Dressing
1cupMustard
Salt And Pepper -- to taste

Directions

Boil potatoes until tender, then peel and slice while hot. Add eggs, onion, relish, salad dressing and mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.

Allow salad to season in the refrigerator. If the salad is to stiff, boil 2 cups of water and immediately pour over the misture, stirring in quickly.
