Measure | Ingredient |

¼ pounds | Gorgonzola or other blue cheese |
½ cup | Fresh cream |
½ cup | Yogurt |
¼ cup | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
Place all ingredients, but the cream, in blender or food processor and run the machine until it is creamy. Stir in cream.
