Blue cheese dressing sept 85

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
½ cup Fresh cream
½ cup Yogurt
¼ cup Olive oil
2 tablespoons Vinegar

Place all ingredients, but the cream, in blender or food processor and run the machine until it is creamy. Stir in cream.
