Yield: 8 Servings
|1 pack||(8-oz) cream cheese; room temperature|
|1 pack||Cold pack bleu cheese; softened|
|1 tablespoon||Shallots; finely chopped|
|\N \N||Pecans; chopped|
|\N \N||Tiger Sauce (hot sweet & sour sauce) to taste|
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about ¾ cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers.
