Bleu cheese roll

Ingredients

1pack(8-oz) cream cheese; room temperature
1packCold pack bleu cheese; softened
1tablespoonShallots; finely chopped
Pecans; chopped
Tiger Sauce (hot sweet & sour sauce) to taste

Directions

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about ¾ cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers.
