Bleu cheese roll

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack (8-oz) cream cheese; room temperature
1 pack Cold pack bleu cheese; softened
1 tablespoon Shallots; finely chopped
\N \N Pecans; chopped
\N \N Tiger Sauce (hot sweet & sour sauce) to taste

Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about ¾ cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers.
