Bleu cheese roll

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | (8-oz) cream cheese; room temperature |
| 1 | pack | Cold pack bleu cheese; softened |
| 1 | tablespoon | Shallots; finely chopped |
| Pecans; chopped | ||
| Tiger Sauce (hot sweet & sour sauce) to taste | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients except pecans. Form into a 6 inch roll. Place finely chopped pecans (about ¾ cup) on a piece of waxed paper. Place cheese roll in the pecans, roll until completely covered. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with Waverly or Escort crackers.
